Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Nexus Artifacts. Every order ships from Georgia and is packed with care so your figure arrives safely.

1. Processing time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. During busy periods, processing may take a few extra days.

2. Shipping cost and delivery time

Shipping is free on all international orders. Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We currently ship to selected countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will let you know if we can help.

3. Order tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking usually becomes active within 24–48 hours.

4. Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country. These charges are set by local authorities, are not included in the price you pay at checkout, and are the customer's responsibility. Please check your local rules before ordering.

5. Damaged or lost orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and include photos of the item and its packaging, so we can arrange a replacement or refund. If your tracking shows no movement for 14 days, contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate your parcel.
